DOWNTOWN HEAT | LA Market Week

Monday, October 19th, 2009

So this past Friday I met up with my good friend and actor Alex Beh in the Artist district in Downtown. It was 9am and the sun was blazing i think it was 85 degrees. We were meeting about a future MOSLEY TRIBES project and collaborating on ideas. It was great to catch up with him, the Lyndels look great, don’t they.

No clouds, just pure sun. Gotta love LA in October, where you at East Coast?

LA Mart, the hub of the fashion trade in Los Angeles.

So Paul (TST) and myself went to the WGSN lecture at the LA Market Week to learn about Global business trends and how companies are growing in tough economic times. WGSN is a trend forecasting co. that supplies fashion companies and brands with much needed research information on knowing where the market will be going and what colors, textures, cuts, graphics and much more.

Creative Intelligence, sign me up.

This a global brand map, showing how individuals and brands influence or inspire one another. That is so dope i want to hang that on the wall. Needless to say that this seminar was very informative and gave me new ideas and inspiration.
