This week was Market Week in NY, our team out there has been hustling long hours meeting with the right buyers that will make our coming season a huge success.  After speaking with Kristin over the phone this morning and recapping the whole week. She filled me in on buyers response to the collection ( which has continued to be amazing throughout all market segments) and the little amount of sleep she got, and after receiving this photo in my in-box it all became clear to me how crazy her week had been.  Mosley Tribes and Oliver Peoples team on the east coast attended the premier event in the accessories market called the Annual ACE Awards high fashion accessories designers and design houses were applauded for there creative collections of 2010.  Kristin and Jon Carlo conversed with Mr. West for a brief moment at the awards dinner and thanked him for his continued support of Mosley Tribes and Oliver Peoples. Thank you sir we look forward to more great looks from you.

The Texas Border Sheriff’s Coalition (TBSC) has joined BlueServo in a public-private partnership to deploy the Virtual Community Watch, an innovative real-time surveillance program designed to empower the public to proactively participate in fighting border crime. The TBSC BlueServo^SM Virtual Community Watch^SM is a network of cameras and sensors along the Texas-Mexico border that feeds live streaming video to www.BlueServo.net. Users will log in to the BlueServo^SM website and directly monitor suspicious criminal activity along the border via this virtual fence^SM.

I find it so interesting that the government is relying on people who might be at work, home or school and cruising the net to patrol the Texas Boarder with Mexico. I think i am gonna log on and see if i can catch a human trafficker or maybe a drug dealer, ill keep you posted. I encourage you all to check this out!
