I know that i am a little late on this, i had it on the desktop before the jump, I have to say that i love the graphic tee’s that Mulder, Jeffers and Yu are coming out with. Definitely fresh, i love the Lance Mountain graphic, it takes me back. So check out the line that is dropping soon at HUF, SUPREME and LEILOW (HI). Great work guys!

Aaron cruised up to the office today to hang for a sec and catch up with me and fill me in on his tour schedule. So it turns out that Aaron will be drummin for the Fiction Family, and Cake this summer. He currently collaborated on the score for the up coming Adam Sandler movie ” Funny People” with his good friend Mike Andrews. Both Mike and Aaron also worked on 40 year old Virgin, Donnie Darko, and Walk Hard. Cant wait to see this one, check out the trailer to Funny People below.

Continuing to push the (money filled) envelope, this new collection provides an array of prints and patterns on classic Summer cuts. So the MT crew was in attendance at the annual Cathy’s Kids charity event, MT was one of the contributor for the silent auction. It was great to see many people in attendance that were supporting a great cause. Thank you Steve (Take Out Enterprises) for helping this all go down.

I would describe the sound of this new collective called ROOTBEER featuring Pigeon John and Flynn Adam as something like “MGMT injected with some N.E.R.D and A Tribe Called Quest”. As clearly evident in their lyrics and style, Flynn Adam and Pigeon John are unapologetic purveyors of popular culture. Rather than making an escape attempt on this debut to something that was some subtle artistic departure from the Lost Angels-flavored West Coast underground laid back rap that raised them, the duo has grown more apt to fully open their arms and embrace a vast array of what is relative to their own contemporary culture consumption today. Here is the cover art and inside sleeve featuring MOSLEY TRIBES, thanks for the love guys it is a great look.
