It had been a minute since Patrick and I had done a Korean BBQ night and last night was the perfect opportunity. I learned a valuable lesson last night about Korean BBQ, “quality over quantity.” I had become so acustomed to this all you can eat Korean BBQ place called Manna (which I still believe is rather delicious however pales in comparison to CHO SUN) that I forgot to realize other Korean BBQ’s may exist too. I was like a kid in a candy store, I think I can speak for PW on that one to. The food was so good, the meat so tender, and Korean pancakes were so….buttery! The bathroom had a mouthwash dispenser and the quality of everything was just so superior. I of course have always known that quality over quantity generally reigns supreme, but since my first ever Korean BBQ experience had come in this 2007 year, I guess I just had a one track mind for it. Anyway, after a good talk about the future of MOSLEY TRIBES, upcoming magalogs, photoshoots, and product, PW and I were looking for something to do, so we shot over to the new Melrose jumpoff for a sneak peek at a revolutionary brand’s first retail store…
